  • Email address (for OTP-based login)
  • Name (if provided voluntarily)

b. Voice and Audio Data

  • Audio recordings and transcripts of your interactions with MelodyAI
  • Real-time voice inputs, processed for conversational AI responses

c. Usage Data

  • Device type, browser type, IP address, time of access
  • Interaction logs and session metadata
  • Basic analytics data (e.g. frequency of use, feature engagement)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the MelodyAI service
  • Process your voice inputs and generate AI responses
  • Authenticate users via OTP
  • Improve voice recognition and AI accuracy
  • Perform analytics and improve user experience

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We share data with trusted third-party services strictly for operational purposes:

a. OpenAI

Processes text and voice inputs to generate AI responses.

b. ElevenLabs

Synthesizes audio from text for real-time voice replies.

c. Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Hosts our infrastructure and handles secure data storage.

These providers may process your data solely to help deliver the Service. We do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Secure storage on AWS servers
  • Access control and audit logging

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

If you cancel your subscription or stop using the Service, you can request deletion of all stored data.

7. Children’s Privacy

MelodyAI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us at team@zakti.org.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top and notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
